It was based intelligence dating back to the Clinton administration .


It's weird that the Bush Admin put such unprecedented pressure on the CIA (according to the Senate Report) to change its assessment on Saddam's WMDs if they already had all the intel from the Clinton Admin. It's so strange that one might even think you are lying.
