The logic Romney uses, and I guess the Supreme Court (hard to believe?) is that people own the corporations, so corporations are people. Well, that is fine, but then if we follow that logic when a corporation is caught doing something illegal the people should go to jail like you and I would. They want it both ways and we are letting them have it (e.g. bankers and Wall street). Many, like Romney, engage in patently illegal activity using corporations, to avoid the law. That is what is going on.
