You do understand we need some sort of government don't you? Without the rule by the peopel you get dictators and with no rule you get anarchy e.g. "Lord of the flies".

Government is a necessary evil, I want it constitutionally limited. The rest of it is false choices and whatnot. The lord of the flies is a novel although I could go into how it illuminates certain human tendencies that are enabled by big government. But I won't.
