That one's easy, if you look at a flowchart. Most callers speak English and you can move them out of the queue quickest if they have the first option to "exit". Better, tell people how to exit quicker on a subsequent call. At least Apple puts the English on the first 7 pages, but if I print the LA, I'd like the 7th page to end with the English page. I don't want an attorney to spend time reading the beginning of the next language LA if I ever send one of these for review. Adobe does it worse, so the Countries are alphabetical, and English might be on pp. 196-201. But other country/language versions start on a new page.
