It would appear so. I have also been told that when the deal was put together, a lot of promises were made regarding contracts, which never materialized. I wonder how a company which told investors that they had contracts which would keep them busy until the end of the year, could now be having financial difficulties. Remember when Morgan was promising 12 million in sales and 600,000 in earnings in April? Two months left to go in the year, and that was what they were telling you threadsters. We'll see just how close they actually got to that number. We could probably apply the same final percentage shortfall to any purported $30 million (wink) order for water.
