Guys like Wilbur Ross are trying to buy up all the mortgage paper they can get their hands on now.

Yeah.. the Fed buying up $40 Billion per month of MBS assets is nothing to sneeze at.. It's definitely putting a bid on the MBS market..

Coincidentally, I think it's also going to have a positive impact on the Monolines like RDN, MTG, MBI and other insurers who have been on the hook for these toxic assets.

It also didn't hurt that the US Gov't is FINALLY suing BAC for $1 Billion in mortgage fraud lends even more credence to the claims by the monolines against the TBTF banks.
