Bush drove the speculators out when he announced off shore drilling.

Of course if obama had an interest in helping Americans he'd take the obvious step of reducing the number of blends to one or two to further reduce prices.

obama inherited $1.85 gas prices and proceeded to mess that up by putting moratoriums on the gulf no one recommended.

Luckily we'll have another chance at proving this when Romney is elected in a couple weeks.
