We are disturbed by the failure to receive financials today, so any news is magnified into a major calamity, right? I too wanted to see them TODAY. I spoke to my out of the area broker who indicated that the FORM 10 filing was ratified and that plans call for a filing this month, DEC 10 or thereabout. It is my understanding that by that date we will have financials. Can I guarantee it?No. Can I state the price volatility will stop? No, volatility is congenital to BB stocks. Is this company on the move? ABSOLUTELY. Go to Yahoo and look at the news over the past couple of months. That is real. AdHatters is REAL. EnviroTec is REAL. LPS is REAL. And now we find out that COG is REAL and everyone is upset? No, you're upset that financials weren't released. They will be and they will most probably show a loss for the prior FY, as the company stated earlier, and a modest profit for the first four months of FY97. What's the big deal? Old news. Everyone must do what they feel comfortable. If you feel comfortable staying long and never budging, fine. If some of you need to lock in profits and stay long by playing with the "House's" money, do that. In the long run, the seeds planted these past months will bear sweet fruit, as well as barrels and barrels of lemon juice. TraderGreg
