Yes, across the top. I don't recall who's advertising, banner ads aren't something I really pay to which I pay attention.

OK, I found one on the Osicom thread. Apparently they were put up by a company that's not too bright, as I was asked for a log on name and password when I tried to click through. The ad said "Want first crack at IPO's?". Seems really silly to pay good money for advertising and then not let people read your ad.
