I've had it with Microsoft products (though I use Word and Excel daily). My next computer for home use will be a Mac.

I tracked the messages of this conversation back. in windows7 I have had updates screw up the master boot record so I could no longer access my linux operating system. currenly I use fedora linux and windows xp on my main system. on my laptops I use window7 and unbuntu linux. on all opeation systems i use open office, en.wikipedia.org Apache OpenOffice is an open-source office productivity software suite containing word processor, spreadsheet, presentation, graphics, formula editor, and database management applications. [7] It was formerly known as OpenOffice.org under Sun, then Oracle ownership. OpenOffice's default file format is the OpenDocument Format (ODF), an ISO/ IEC standard. It can also handle other file formats including those from Microsoft Office. OpenOffice runs on several operating systems. As of June 2011 [update], it supports over 120 languages. [3] It is distributed under the Apache License. As a browser I use both chrome and firefox. some streaming seems more stable with chrome. else just about the same. I use gmail as my email and thus any browser on any OS works fine. I also use a code editor ultra editor. uex as it runs on all msft and linux OS.
