November is a very good month for the dollar. Sometimes that's good for stocks like Nov 2010, sometimes it's not so good for stocks like Nov 2011.

Apple looks like it's going to disappoint big time tomorrow. They haven't seen much growth this quarter from the 3 wireless operators that have already reported in the US. Sprint is reporting the same number of iPhone sales for the last 3 quarters. I think that will be the last big shock for the tech companies to report this quarter, though there are a lot of smaller companies that could report negative surprises.

That leaves CVX and XOM with mediocre earnings that are not reflected yet in their share prices. They report on Nov 1.
