MK: Is it possible to post some excerpts from 97-21063? I believe 5% of the cartel who have their minds in gear would like to read some of it. KMT P.S. Before I get flamed for saying 95% of the cartel have their minds in neutral, it's a number I pulled out of the hat based on the responses I see on this thread. If I'm wrong, please forgive me. If you're thinking, then consider yourself in the 5%. And anyone in the 5% would definitely want to read 97-20163 as opposed to brushing it off like some here already have.
