TAKEN FROM CNN:Secretary-General Kofi Annan on
Monday recommended an increase
in the oil-for-food program for Iraq,
citing the country's "urgent
humanitarian requirements."

Annan made the recommendation in a report that is to be discussed
by the U.N. Security Council. A vote is expected by Thursday.

Annan said an increase in limited oil sales would provide revenue
that Iraq could spend on food and medical supplies. <<<<<
There's more press about Iraq pushing for a deal to allow them to sell more oil.We will have big problems if that happens.I think the speculation alone could give us another good chunk of time in the torture chamber.Any thoughts.GD
