MM is very confused. I personally do not want to discuss MM, but use him as an example of many like him. These folks think the economy is on a downtrend similar to what we saw when Bush was leaving office. And they cite examples of Apple to support their view. Yesterday, two leading stock, AAPL and AMZN, reported earnings that were "below Wall St's expectations." That provided the spark for these folks to go wild. They just couldn't wait.

Today, right now, AAPL i s up 2.1 and AMZN is up 10.3. Expedia on the other hand reported good earnings and they are up 8.0 and PCLN is up, get this, 30.0 wonder if filks like MM are looking at these figures and wondering why investors are not as skeptical as Rick Santelli and his Tea Party crowd on the floor of the exchange is.

The economy is on a slow but sure move upwards. It is good to have a soft movement instead of a sharp and jerky ride.
