For DT line from 10/5, breaks at 58.90…which is today's high so far; for DT line from 9/19, breaks at 61.80 as of today, but line faliing at the rate of about 0.60 per week..

Market basing here?? Took 4 days for 1 down of C down to base and reverse…We are now in day 4 of possible basing…and reversal<?>…of 3 down of C down ???
