She got arrested because she was arguing against a CONTRACT, meaning someone in that "council" was set to make a lot of pork from the money that the contract would guarantee. Basically, she threatened the Connected Person's Money and someone on that council probably texted a crony police officer and they dragged her off... and they had to have known the cameras were off, that's why they bagged her at recess.
