The Rand tracker is different in that it follows the same group of voters across the life of the campaign, but the indication that undecideds in their group are moving to Obama is clearly evident in the last three days of data with the biggest movement coming in this morning's report.

This poll has been favorable to Obama throughout. That said, the movement here is significant.

The Rand tracker is a strange 'poll'.........some would say its not even a true poll. I think its new for this year. However, it has been fairly accurate........and seems to act as a precursor to the moves of other polls.

Here's a chart of the tracking poll.......its trajectory looks somewhat similar to the Gallup poll:

BTW there are some people who think undecideds are really people who know what they want.........they just don't say anything until right before the end so they don't get hassled.
