I think you're right on all points... honestly, I'm surprised at the weakness... although my model did pick the best place to go short, I fully expected to see a good rally today based on my near term indicator... maybe later today, but this market really does still look weak... I think you're very right about capitulation, we haven't seen it yet... I didn't think we would need it in an orderly "pull back," but apparently this decline is becoming more than just another dip... a buy signal in the bonds should have been the tip off this morning right away... it's funny how the smart money knows before everyone else does, and the moves of the smart money can be seen very clearly in the daily charts... GZ
