In other words, "... speaking of slaves and masters, and intends to be the master", she is no different than any other writer about the ills and problems of government & a legal system, and has nothing real and effective to add other than more bitching about it... and of course ignores or avoids the issues surrounding the clash of the self vs. the group (aka, the emotionally hot word "masters").
