There are already iPods with the Touch or phone form factors. If I wanted a touch or an iPhone I would buy one. I like wearing it as a watch when I'm backpacking and shopping or riding my bike on the Pacific Beach boardwalk. Works nicely as a watch, and a radio and a music player. I cannot lose it. My hands are free to do other things, I don't have to worry about it breaking in my pocket. If they fixed a couple of things it would be great. Eventually it would have made a good phone too. With bluetooth it would be perfect.
