Funny but it's like the old tired quote about the US being a republic.. a bunch of crap IMO by those not seeing the forest for the trees.. .. when you have an electorate.. they are regionalised and pandered to by those above,, parliament or republic ,, all the same crap... so that they (electorate) think that 'their' vote counts.. while really all is orchestrated.. Rand / no Rand.. all part of the game..
