That's the exact article I read. Problem is any deployment of troops is a direct Presidential decision and not a decision made by any underlings including Leon Panetta. This was an Obammy decision that he is trying to hide under a rug until the election has passed. Obammy is on really really really extra thin ice here, given the poll numbers which are overly generous to an incumbent to begin with. It's going to be really ugly fro Obammy after he is tossed away as the useless idiot puppet he is of George Soros. Soros won't even utter his name again. Watch and see. Salute Honey Bee!
