I'm ok with much higher taxes. I think Bill Clinton had it about perfect. Anyone who has followed my posts for years knows that I believe in progressive taxation and would like to see higher taxes right now. That's not the point. What I am against is this idea that we can deficit spend and print money and somehow we'll all be rich and have everything we want. It is immoral and puts a massive unpayable burden on our children. How can you justify stealing from the future generations? A species that eats its young is doomed to extinction.
