Touché Sr. K.....a newspapaper endorsement from Iowa, which means so little regarding actual votes, like all newspaper endorsments these days, no matter for whom it is, means nothing when corn subsidies are left out... An editorial endorsement without mentioning the word "corn" is not believable. Maybe I'll read it tomorrow. If Romney stood up in public and said he would veto any corn subsidy in Iowa or ethanol subsidy, I would support him. It could even be triggered by the price of corn. Subsidy is OK if corn prices are low, but above a certain level, they should fade away. I want no corn subsidy for Iowa and no orange juice subsidy for Florida. But I'm not a politician.
