Where is the back bone bandwidth going to come from? We have cable access here and bandwidth to the ISP is constantly a problem. I am not disagreeing with you assessment. I just wonder who will pay for the server and backbone bandwidth.

Well, so far cable is only a one way street.

Who will pay? People like WCOM maybe AT&T, QWST. My guess is anyone who recognises the future and expects to profit by their insight. Economics is simple supply and demand! We have the demand. And this is why I am vested in ASND. I love the saying: "Here today gone tomorrow"! If you know the problem, why not concentrate on the solution?

Maybe I don't understand your question? If a T1 line was more affordable I would have one now. Is this your point? But, ISDN is.
