Larry-Got in to WX at about 15. Been a little frustrating cause I expected the split a year ago. Trying to figure out how much upward movement is left in the next 12 months. They need to finish selling the industrial side to get a clearer picture of the media side. Also, there seems to be a lot of speculation that someone will take CBS TV off their hands. Bottom line is this is a hard stock to value-at least for me.

I think part of nervousness in efii, could be atributed to
the renwal of the Cannon agreement(expired on 1qtr 97)The
company has stated that they are continuing their old aggreemnt
in force until the end of 97. Therefore we should anticipate
an announcement in the next few days..weeks..months
