2009 belongs to Obama! Speaking of Budget, why did Obama FAIL TO HAVE A BUDGET. And don't tell me about that silly POS he submitted as a "budget". Every Dem in both Houses voted NO!! BTW, even if I agreed that 2009 was Bush, and gave Obama the $1.1B for 2013 (and that "estimate" bucks the trend to the low side - and probably is more Obama misinformation), Obama still increased the Deficit by far more in 4 years than Bush in 8 years! Why do you blatantly lie? Seems that Dems either lie or spend their waking hours seeking handouts! Sad!! And as a % of GDP? SHEEEEEEESH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
