Cloud support may be nice for this who need it.

Hopefully contracts will make the OS more stable or at least traceable when some app misbehaves
Skype integration - eh

Ease of use (evn if there is a curve), ease of troubleshooting, deep support for legacy apps, stability and malware protection is what is needed - remains to be seen, hopefully is in there, otherwise wait for 9.

Would MS dare call the one after "9" - ten? :-)

A couple of days ago I was in Times Square and MSFT had blocked the entire city center block to promote Windows 8 and the new Surface. I kept asking to see the new surface and they kept pointing to a store. The MSFT person I spoke to was a financial analyst from their Seattle office who had no clue about the new OS. He kept smiling and he kept asking me how he can help me.

I told him how frustrated I am with the Office suite and how it keeps changing and now I can not find the basic functions. I also told him about my PC freezing every couple of days and how I needed to re-boot my laptop over and over.

Cheers

Yeah, that cloud integration, social network integration, synching stuff is really cool. I've been enjoying it a lot, and it gets better with each iteration of OS X.
