Glenn, that is a good point about Dell'Oro report being for last qtr, and I would certainly hope to see some improvement in this qtr results. But I would still see ASND having less of an open field than they have enjoyed to date, which still suggests to me that they are not worth the multiples they have enjoyed. You could very well be correct. BAY is coming on strong again and CSCO is making a run but I believe in this area they are more puff that action. And I also agree that ROK has screwed the whole 56K Flex camp over by apparently forcing exclusivity on the one hand and then being late to ship. I think ASND management can be faulted for accepting their situation and not being pro-active like BAY. Coulda, shoulda. (Hindsight is a wonderful thing. :-)) This was driving me nuts last spring. I did not have a position in ASND at that time but did in USRX. Crockwell was spewing FUD all over the place. They really hurt a lot of companies and of course their stock holders. Zoom and BOCA come to mind along with ASND. I do not work in the networking field or any field with R & D. I would think a contract with a penalty if late should be implimented. In this case, if Crockwell promised to have working chips by April and they have none until June, they should pay a penalty to the company waiting on those chips for the delay. That should be in the original contract. That would stop Crockwell from spewing FUD about delivery they know they cannot meet. ASND had their hands tied and certainly was not going to licence technology from their largest competitor. Glenn
