I can imagine Obama throwing his hands into the air and saying that... He is not capable of giving specific orders. He is not qualified to give a specific order. This has become very apparent that a cover up is ongoing. The republicans smell blood and the democrats know if more people pay attention to this they Obama will go down. If what is bring reported is absolutely true, Obama must go down.
