I would think that the handling of the storm, and its aftermath, if the handling is positive, will be a huge plus for the federal government, and for Obama. Because this admin has handled other emergencies well, I'd expect this one to go smoothly. That could very well win Obama the election. Especially when combined with what I believe has been the dramatic undercounting of Hispanic voters, who are more motivated than I think many people realize.
