Maps problems simultaneously overblown and little more than FUD, yet enough to get Forestall fired. That should make for some interesting mental gymnastics in some quarters...

Funny how when the Maps thing came out everybody said heads should roll now when they do they aren't happy. Personally I think the move was long over due and the Retail Guy just wasn't a good fit ever. Only time will tell if we've hit that no return point and I still have faith in the Board nad leadership at Apple. I know my friend in retail were happy with a lot of the calls the last head was making and they seem to be happier now that he's been replaced. If Siri and Maps are both crap in a year or 2 I'll come back and eat my words.
