mark << i just got my paperwork from Schwab today, but have yet to receive any official communication from TXN or AMTX. >> I doubt you will receive any communication from AMTX or TXN. The shares you own are probably in the street (your broker) name. This is definitely true if you have margin account. It is your brokers responsibility to forward paperwork to you and they then submit ot TXN. ratan
