He did quote the Bloomberg article to begin with, before it was refuted.


Except for the fact the Bloomberg article did not say what he claimed it did, you have a point.

So yeah, that is lying.

Mittens does that a lot. He takes a statement, edits it until it says something else, and then starts talking it up.
