Can we afford Romney's FEMA cuts? He said it should be "shut down".

Like all liberals, you're a complete wuss. "Oh gee, change is so scary!" Get over your obsession with the government teat and go get yourself a mommy you whiny wimp!

FEMA is one of the most bloated, mis-managed agencies in government. Romney is a manager and will cut the fat, or if study dictates, completely overhaul it.
