Paul,

Re: "Is this Jerry's OWN PERSONAL CORPORATE JET or does it belong to the
SHAREHOLDERS?"

Jerry's chauffeur must have just got his "pilot's license" ... probably
part of Jerry's new compensation package. BTW, I have never seen the Intel
Corporate Jet.

Make It So,
Yousef

Paul, Gerry's own bought with sale of AMD shares from the repriced Options. The jet is his but the expenses of operation are paid by AMD via his unlimited expense account. He is also planning to stop in Hawaii on the way back for one hell of a Christmas Laua. Complete with Hulla girls. The Christmas party starts on board right after he leaves the Gisha house in Japan. Out of Japan the jet is provisioned with Champaign, Sushi, and Shrimp. This is no easy task for a Chief Exective recovering from Comdex in Vagas, lets give the man a break.
