I have news for you numbnuts. ANYONE can do a better job, since there is no such thing as a "properly functioning federal agency".

the only thing obamama can do is take photo ops on the phone and throw money at the States.

THe STATES have already taken charge of what is going to happen. Between that, the money obamama throws, and the thousands and thousands of people that will just show up to help, it will get done.

I have MORE news for you. Even if obamama did not throw money, the job would still get done. The states SHOULD be in charge of their own emergency management short of a world invasion of the USA.

Probably. The problem is, it has been tried. That is why FEMA was created, it is easy to overwhelm a given state's resources. Of course, Romney, like the well-oiled weather vane he is, has shifted his stance. He now promotes a plan that is exactly how FEMA operates now...
