DD: I finally caught up..If it is an appeals court it must mean that someone lost...You don't appeal unless you lose, right? So my guess is that they lost their lawsuit.. I am sure that Gary morgan knows what he is doing.. It's funny, but here is a guy that apparantly ran many companes...I wonder why the nays aren't giving him any credit.. I am not minimising the securities industry, but those people have never ran a company.. Even if they make 1,000,000 a year, they are not the decision makers..they ae still salaried employees. It is a lot different when you have to make decisions.. We had a coal mine in W. VA 20 years ago, and belive me it is easier to take orders than to have to make them.. I think they are running out of steam.. al
