The high tariff is NOTHING compared with the high cost of overpriced American labor. And you know it. Make up any number of bogus reasons, but the reality is this is outsourcing and Romney hasn't even made THAT much of an assertion. He has merely pointed out the facts (principally, I suspect, because there is no way to convey a complicated argument to people in a 30 second ad).
