Yep, here we can download a 'sample' ballot before election day, and use it to research ahead of time, then be all ready to vote. One can even mark the sample and take it with them, to use it to mark the real one at the polls. A couple of local radio stations, as well as the county clerk offices and some local newspapers offer them on their websites. Doesn't help the waiting in line, but sure speeds up the voting process once you get there.
