W is retired, and just "too classy" to do that sort of grubby political work anymore. At least, that's what I've been told. It's not because he, looking at it in the very best light, invaded a country that hadn't attacked us and was no threat to us by mistake. Nor is it because the global economy somehow collapsed on his watch, or that 9/11 happened on his watch, and is viewed by most Americans as the worst president we've had recently.
