Roger, where do you get mid-December? Bill Church said Jan. 15.

The last time I talked with Bill, he was still saying that because the initial findings were effective July 15, the date for the end of the comment period would be January 15. Have you heard something different?

Roger, my prediction for the casino would be the second half of 1998 and the signing ceremonies mid to late January of 1998. I hope this helps you, but keep in mind that this is only my humble prediction.
