Storm? What storm? <Salem Community College in Salem County, New Jersey is a Red Cross Disaster Relief Shelter. The site consists of three Capstone C65 microturbines that provide heating, cooling and emergency power to the critical facility. During Hurricane Sandy, the shelter was fully operational as it was continuously powered and heated by the on-site microturbines. > With Globalstar on hand, there would not outage of communications either.

They probably meant un-fazed rather than un-phased. <while other sites, where Capstone microturbines are their sole source of electric power, were left un-phased during the event. > Losing any of their three phases would have been a problem. Or it was just good pun.

With Globalstar and Capstone, communications, electricity and heat can all remain on during any storm.
