The idea that the world economy or the US has been run on "the Chicago school" is ridiculous. Also ridiculous is the claim the US has been run on a "no regulation, anything goes" manner till Obama came along. the Republican attempts to torpedo the economy to gain political advantage It's been Democrats who've spent the last four years telling business people they will raise their energy costs, health care costs, and taxes. Democrats may be so obtuse they don't recognize that message is bad for the economy, but it is.
