For the sake of completeness… Karl Rove says in the WSJ that Romney will win with 279 EVs. Although Rove doesn’t list the states he expects Romney to win, the only plausible permutation with 279 EVs for Romney is where he carries OH, VA, CO, and NH (as well as FL and NC, where he is favored) and Romney loses IA, NV, WI, and all other “blue” states. p.s.
