ok Dr 007, I doubled my position. I was waiting for the collapse to 20, but it didn't happen. If VVUS hasn't bottomed at this point, I'll become a social worker with no assets. Frankly, I think VVUS is stiff medicine for anyone whose nature is to be long!

Walk softly, but carry a big stick!

Ok, ok, enough with the puns. Here's to serious capital appeciation.
Steve.

DR. BOND,

IMO, yesterdays shoddy 1 point advance advance was a big disappointment. With yesterdays strong market and our long awaited UK news I had expected a 4-5 points advance.
I think you and Brad are right that this stock is being deliberately manipulated. (NOT UP I MIGHT ADD))

Our only two obsticales at this point is the new plants MCA & FDA certifications.. Without it, we are capacity limited and any shipments to the UK from the old plant will create a larger backlog in the US market.
According to Vivus the FDA approval of the new plant may be delayed until Feb . whereas the MCA approval may be within 30 days from initial inspection. If that inspection already took place they may have MCA approval by mid to late Dec and production from the new plant could be utilized for the UK market.

Well, hopefully we just experienced a delayed response to the good news on our stock. This is similiar to the delayed response people will get when they attempt to use Pfizers Viagara.

Doc, VVUS has 3 stories in Wall Street Journal interactive this morning. That 2 million from ASTRA will be a welcome addition to Q4 earnings report due on or about 1/30/98.

Go VVUS! Production is the final frontier (for now)
