January 2009 should count as during GWB's term. It is from data at the 12th of the month. Obama's 2 terms for employment numbers is 2/2009 -1/2017.

how can you call this a good thing? I've already proven with BLS data that Obama's jobs record is abysmal. But with your own article, you prove the same is true. He's created less than 200K net jobs in 4 years, even after the trillions in bailouts, deficit, and money printing? That is terrible and we're worse off for it. Obama's economic and fiscal policies and Bernanke's monetary policies are not working. Private-sector payrolls are up 759,000 since January 2009. Government jobs are down 565,000 under Mr. Obama’s tenure.
