So when Moonray posts a comment on the change in capital gains rates that apparently is okay, but when I add some useful info on additional taxes that causes a problem???
Only Because your post was in my opinion related to the Area I pulled from the header and Moonray was clarifying a possible outcome based on a statement I made earlier as it could effect Apple shares specifically.

A key fact that your post failed to do as it was related to a possible change in the tax code not Apple.

I'm certain if my interpretation of the thread rules is incorrect Allen will inform me publicly when he gets a chance.

I will then respond accordingly.

I'm coming to this discussion late, but I have to say I had no problem with your post, John. It wasn't specific to Apple, but neither was it political. You were just stating facts.
