Gees, I wished I could have said it like that......g That article made some great points.... One thing I noticed was that the city seemed to be in a constant state of restoration an deterioration. These massive public works projects ..... To make a long story short, the unions have a lot of power......and they flex it continually. (sorry, I'm limited on my iPad....g) On a previous note, our friend Massa had a house out in the country that got robbed. Virtually everything he had of worth was taken..... He kept the house and moved to a nice security apartment in BA...
