President Bush called for UPGRADING the failing grid system...now New York is paying for the no vote. He was not asking for money for Solndra or some already bankrupt car battery or even a turd toter Volt.

Electricity and fuel runs this country...you forget that and see what happens? see the stories yesterday, dumb ass?

Why in HELL didn't we spend some of that $850 BILLION in "stimulus" to upgrade the electrical grid?

With that amount of money you could have had the most modern electrical grid in the world. What we got instead? NOT SHIT. NOT ONE FUCKING THING OF VALUE.

Where did the money even go? Wasted. Practically all of it.
